Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What product categories do you supply?
We mainly supply hotfix rhinestones, octagon sequins, alloy and aluminum hotfix pieces, half pearls, imitation brass beads, copper pieces, resin beads and flat sequins for apparel, footwear, bags, crafts and performance costumes.
Can I request samples or product photos first?
Yes. Confirm the product code, size, color and application first, and we can arrange product photos, detail images or samples so you can evaluate the reflection, finish and suitability.
Are products in stock, and what is the usual lead time?
Popular standard specifications are quoted from available stock whenever possible. Stock orders can be dispatched after inventory confirmation; replenishment and custom orders are scheduled according to the product, quantity and process requirements.
How is the minimum order quantity calculated?
MOQ depends on the material, specification, color and whether customization is required. Standard stock items usually have a lower threshold, while custom items also consider tooling, color matching, layout and sampling costs.
Can you customize from a photo, sample or logo?
Yes. You can provide a reference image, physical sample, AI/CDR/PDF file or placement instructions. We will assess the pattern, material and application method and suggest a sampling plan. A small tooling fee may apply and can be refunded when the final order reaches the agreed quantity. Tooling and production can each be completed in as little as three days for suitable orders.
What information should I include in an inquiry?
Please include the product category, size, color, estimated quantity, application and whether you need stock or custom production. Complete information helps us reply with pricing, availability, MOQ and lead time in one response.
Which fabrics and application methods are suitable?
Different embellishments require different fabrics and heat-press conditions. Common applications include knitwear, woven fabric, sweatshirts, denim, performance costumes and bags. Confirm temperature, pressure, time and wash testing before bulk production.
Will the actual color differ from the screen or color chart?
Screens, lighting and production batches can create visible differences. We recommend confirming a physical color chart, product photo or sample before bulk production, especially for color-critical orders.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the category, specification, material, color, quantity, stock status, customization and packing requirements. Larger orders, repeat cooperation and consolidated multi-item orders may qualify for a more favorable price range.
How can I get an accurate quotation quickly?
Submit one inquiry with your name, contact details, requirements, product photos, sizes, quantities and target delivery date. Complete information lets our sales team quote accurately without repeated follow-up questions.
